Dr. Shanta L. Chester

ReDefined 2 Thrive was birthed from Shanta’s desire to support women who were navigating the weight of constantly aligning with the expectations, needs, and demands of others while slowly losing connection with themselves in the process. She recognized how many women were functioning in survival mode, carrying roles, responsibilities, and pressure without creating space to reconnect with who they were beyond performance and obligation.

With this in mind, Shanta, also known as Dr. Tay, began creating content, reflective tools, frameworks, and meaningful experiences designed to support women as they reconnect with their identity, restore balance, and pursue growth in a more intentional and sustainable way.

Although Shanta no longer works in education, her background as a former educator reignited her passion for adult learning, engagement, and digital learning experiences. This ultimately led to the creation of ReDefined Learning Studio, the creative and digital learning extension of ReDefined 2 Thrive.

While ReDefined 2 Thrive focuses on supporting spiritual, mental, and emotional wellness through intentional resources and experiences, ReDefined Learning Studio focuses on creating engaging digital content, learning experiences, workshops, and creative solutions for individuals, teams, entrepreneurs, and organizations.

“The goal is not perfection. The goal is growth that feels meaningful, sustainable, and true to who you are becoming.”
